How did the interview go?

Interviul a fost jignitor, angajatorul nu s-a introdus, direct val-vârtej în interviu, foarte superficial și grăbit, întrebări personale care nu își aveau rostul. Acesta nu a dat niciun detaliu despre job efectiv, a putut însă să afirme că "sunt 0 pentru el, dar am o facultate și totuși mi-ar acorda o șansă"-15 minute groaznice. Dar am acceptat să vin și ziua următoare sperând că nu va fi așa în continuare. A doua zi, am avut întâlnirea ca să înțeleg mai bine ce presupunea jobul. A dat dovadă de profesionalism, explicând rolul dorit pentru viitorul candidat, dar din păcate nu a știut niciunul dintre ei să sune cu răspunsul, fie el și negativ. Dacă nu își doreau tineri dornici să învețe, ar trebui să revizuiască anunțurile postate, nu să irosească timpul tuturor. Mai ales că o astfel de experiență neplăcută poate afecta pe termen lung individul aflat la început de drum.

În prima zi, relevantă a fost doar întrebarea: "Știi să lucrezi în Word, Excel?"
În a doua zi, am fost pus să fac un tabel în Excel, deloc complicat.
