Responsibilities Gathers requirements from the Product Manager, Customers and other Stakeholders Translates conceptual customers requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team Develops and conduct peer reviews of the requirements to ensure that all specifications are correctly interpreted/defined Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the stakeholders Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understoods Acts as a liaison between the development team and its clients/other stakeholders Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members
Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – preferably in Finance/Banking/Economic Informatics/Computer Science +5 years of work experience in Banking & Finance / Business Analysis domain Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks and other compliance related reporting requirements would be an advantage Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis Understanding of systems and integration techniques required Beneficial to have a strong understanding of banking & finance fundamentals and complex financial products Ability to grasp technical concepts and new product functionality quickly Experience of working with an Agile methodology
