Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for it's client, an important leader in the market of air conditioning, a Customer Support Specialist.

• Customer Experience Responsible is responsible for answering queries and offering information, this job involves a lot of interaction with company's consumers in a variety of methods but mainly over the phone and via email;
• Customer Experience Responsible follows up on all available consumer satisfaction tools and takes ownership on processes leading to best consumer satisfaction;
• Acts as operational support for internal processes that are required in order to achieve best consumer experience;
• The ability to quickly adapt to change is also a key factor which must be visible in the successful candidates application.
The Successful Applicant:

• Willingness to build up knowledge about the characteristics and features of all products in residential product portfolio;
•  Sales oriented person as any telephone call requesting information can be turned into a sales opportunity;
• Having a consumer oriented approach to complaints  while being empathic and people-oriented  will be decisive for a successful applicant;
• High motivation and openness for continuous change.
