Reporting to the Finance Manager

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To:

  • Monitors and analyses the evolution of financial indicators selected for performance management at company level (actual vs. budget, the previous year, forecast);
  • Prepare, present and discuss various business reports regarding production costs, prices and stocks for Sales and Production Departments;
  • Work together with team members and other departments for information gathering and processing them in order to prepare reliable reports based on which the Top Management could take strategic decisions;
  • Analyse the variations in activity, costs per department and propose measures to follow-up the budget;
  • Develop and improve existing reporting tools according to Top Management’s requests;
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economic studies, ACCA Certification is a plus;
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or accounting reports analysis / audit;
  • Very good analytical & MS Excel skills;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details, proactive in learning new things;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to accept feedback and learn from them (positive attitude);
  • Good English language skills;
  • High level of positive energy.
