For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in production field, we are looking for a HR Business Partner in Cluj-Napoca.

Responsibilities:

Implementing HR strategic and tactical plans to ensure efficient and effective people management;
Ensuring appropriate policies, contracts, and processes are developed and that changes are agreed;
Developing and maintaining high standards of talent acquisition and talent management;
Ensuring business training needs are met, with appropriate cost and effectiveness measurements;
Contributing to the development of appropriate compensation and benefit procedures, policy and process in line with the company's guidelines;
Ensuring the management and development of staff to provide the right mix of skills and abilities to meet both current and future requirements;
Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices;
Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to the businesses management personnel through coaching, career development, counselling and disciplinary actions.


Required:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, communications or related field;
Advanced English level;
Proven work experience as a HR Business Partner;
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
Good knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations;
Ability to lead with a consultative approach and provide guidance or advice when needed.
