This role will provide technical leadership and consultation within the Quality team on design, configuration, deployment, migration, execution and dev-ops support of Intelex Quality platform. They will drive predictability and technical success among multi-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

This position operates in lock-step with product management to create a clear strategic direction and conveys that vision to the service and scrum team. You will direct the team with a clear set of requirements to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt.
 

As a IT Project Manager (QMS), you will be responsible for:
 

  • Providing technical lead on QMS (Intelex) to support business requirements with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Assessing designs, identifying gaps and reporting quality/compliance concerns as well as taking immediate corrective action
  • Presenting and training internal customers as well as opportunities to the product management team
  • Taking responsibility for future enhancement requests while ensuring interfacing with other Baker Hughes strategic tools

    To be successful in this role you will:
     

  • Have demonstrable experience in QMS tools and processes and/or product management for horizontal digital tools
  • Have a good understanding of multi-tier applications (Web, application, batch, messaging, REST, webservices) and how the operate
  • Have good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to assimilate new information and complex topics
  • Have experience in wing to wing software development life cycle
