CIS offers services to our customers for managing their core Infrastructure and providing Enterprise IT transformation around Infrastructure and Cloud Ecosystem.Responsibilities• Maintain a global knowledge base with correct metadata and linkages• Loves virtual communication on every level, with every tool and shows history in managing big amounts of information both in detail and on large scale• Is very fluent in language, able to perform very good writing ad hoc and able to review text / information fast and efficient• Is able to present the same information in many styles, on different platforms and to different audience everywhere with excellent quality of presentation• Evaluates performance metrics of knowledge management against the defined critical success factors• Reviews and audits the KM process and its techniques and methods to ensure they are continuously improved • Interfaces with other processes and/or business functions to ensure processes are put in place to capture data, information and knowledge and leverage benefits provided by the Knowledge Management process • Accountable for Knowledge Contents and the quantity and quality of knowledge and the effectiveness of its use • Directs and schedules the training of staff and Knowledge Management Champions• Evaluates KM performance metrics against the defined critical success factors and institutes actions to correct shortcomingsQualities:• Effective international, cross - border, "multidimensional" communication; capable of creating clear, concise, and impactful text / information describing technical concepts to both technical and non-technical people.• Ability to work effectively as part of a support team; foster team cooperation, communication, and collaboration.• Skill to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team• Understands to perform meticulous, down to every detail analysis of information artefacts and to follow broad principles whilst engaged in many activities• Celebrates information as an art, regardless if on visual, auditive, textual or cross-platform levelsCertifications:ITIL V4 Foundation External Certification/Internal CertificationSix Sigma/COBIT (optional)Any programming language certificationCertification in a KM or Multimedia platform
