We are looking for a Support Specialist to assist our staff with technical issues.
Support Specialist responsibilities:
-Solve queries, recommending solutions and guiding through features and functionalities.
-Identify needs and help use specific features
-Analyze and report malfunctions
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn peoples' trust. You should also be familiar with the help desk software.
