Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for People Leaders and employees to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals. You will provide counsel and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. You will execute key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence for a international advertising and a communication group.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment processes end to end.
  • Support for functional processes like Performance Development;
  • Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues;
  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved;
  • Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed;
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs efficiency
  • Suggest new HR strategies


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area;
  • Minimum 3 years prior professional work experience in recruiting services end to end, advertising experience is a plus;
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Flexibility and adaptability skills;
  • Fluent English;
