Responsibilities: ― Prospecting the market through various available channels: databases, networking, media, recommendations; ― Identifying new opportunities to promote the company's services by contacting potential clients (by telephone and / or by email); ― Informing other members of the department about the opportunities identified in order to define the best solutions for the client; ― Qualifying leads and service presentations for prospective clients starting from the identified needs; ― Negotiating specific contractual terms with potential clients in collaboration with the direct superior and in accordance with the applicable law and the company's internal procedures; ― Preparing and providing analyzes and reports on the identification of potential clients; Telesales Representative, Bucharest ― Participating in projects of interest to clients partners. Requirements: ― 1 year experience in a customer service/telesales position (B2B); ― Bachelor’s or master’s degree; ― English – medium level; ― Problem solving via innovation & creativity; ― Strong communications skills (verbal and written); ― Good knowledge of MS Office; ― Can-do attitude and results-driven; ― Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection; ― Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects; ― Excellent phone manner and articulation; ― Result oriented skills; ― Excellent planning and time management/prioritization skills; ― Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package. *Only eligible candidates will be contacted.
