Required skills
- Ideally degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar (or equivalent experience);
- Experience in:
- Stock management
- Transport coordination
- Warehouse or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).

About the role
We are looking for an Allocation & Transport Officer to join our operations team.
You will play a key role in managing product flows, optimizing stock and organizing transportation for a large industrial activity across Europe and export markets.
This is a hands-on operational role, at the heart of supply chain activities, with strong interactions with logistics, production, sales and customer service.
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage product allocation
- Allocate customer orders based on stock availability, quality and operational rules;
- Optimize stock usage (including slow-movers or non-prime material);
- Identify solutions in case of shortages;
2. Organize transport operations
- Plan and organize shipments with transport providers;
- Handle delivery constraints and last-minute issues;
- Validate transport extra costs and follow up on claims;
- Ensure smooth delivery performance to customers;
3. Coordinate with stakeholders
- Act as a key interface between planning, logistics, sales and customers;
- Ensure clear communication and fast problem resolution;
- Work in a dynamic environment with many interactions;
4. Anticipate and improve operations
- Identify risks (shortages, delays) and propose solutions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
