1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity roles,
Experience with SOC technologies, SIEM, endpoint security, forensics, vulnerability management, and network security.
Strong understanding of IDS/IPS analysis, penetration testing, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or project management experience.
4. Holds the certifications(Preferred but not mandatory)
o CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
o CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
o CISO (Certified Information Security Officer)

1. Strategic Security Leadership
o Design, implement, and oversee cybersecurity strategies in Romania, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives.
o Define and enforce security policies, frameworks, and governance models that safeguard the company's digital infrastructure.
o Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
2. Risk Management & Threat Response
o Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to proactively identify vulnerabilities.
o Oversee incident response plans and ensure effective handling of security breaches across subsidiaries.
o Maintain up-to-date awareness of emerging threats and work with global security teams on mitigation strategies.
3. Security Operations & Technology
o Lead the deployment and maintenance of security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and EDR solutions.
o Coordinate system hardening, patching, and monitoring activities to maintain a secure IT environment.
o Implement and oversee security measures for data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
4. Collaboration & Training
o Work closely with IT teams, engineering, and operations to integrate security best practices into business processes.
o Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees, reinforcing cybersecurity culture within subsidiaries (involves business trips to the headquarters of subsidiaries).
o Establish strong relationships with external partners, auditors, and government agencies to enhance security posture.
