We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure smooth operations of our Bucharest office, facilitate effective communication between departments, and act as a bridge with government institutions, service providers, and external contractors.

Completed higher education.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Advanced proficiency in English, Romanian, and Ukrainian.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, 1C, electronic document management systems, and office equipment.

Proficiency in business communication, correspondence, and contract handling.

Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and in multicultural teams.

Manage office document flow, including collection, registration, verification, and analysis of documentation and correspondence.

Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, legal advisors, notaries, registrars, outsourcing partners, and our Ukrainian office team.

Represent the Company in interactions with Romanian government agencies, including audits and inspections.

Provide administrative support for HR functions such as payroll, hiring, dismissals, leave management, and reporting.

Ensure smooth daily office operations, managing reception duties, office budgets, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
