Roles and Responsibilities: Triaging and investigating escalations, or anyways events, belonging to the main topic of account takeover in compliance with the Capability policy, in-order- to ensure that external regulatory obligations are met. Forwarding invalid escalations for the team to the relevant stakeholders. Escalations may come from internal stakeholders (among which, but not limited to, Customer Service, the Privacy team, and Threat Intel) or external stakeholders (guests and partners). The escalations may also come in the form of system alerts based on machine learning models or other types of detection systems. Identifying, containing, and responding (for instance, by locking accounts, sending communications, setting blocks, etc) to attacks belonging to the account takeover topic, in compliance with the Capability policy, in order to ensure that external regulatory obligations are met. Assisting in the development of/owning quarterly/yearly objectives/projects, in alignment with the Capability policy, to ensure compliance with Security department and external regulatory obligations Assisting in the process of Account Security incident response, according to the incident response and retrospective policy. Identifying improvement opportunities for Account Security processes, tooling and/or other areas that help to improve operational efficiency. Skills /Competencies Good organizational and time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a Cyber-sec environment. Teamwork and Team management skills. Self-development attitude to keep up to date with fast-changing trends. Professional level proficiency in English language. Preferred With 1-2 years of relevant experience in IAM Desirable: CISSP or Security+ or any other cyber security certification but not mandatory. Desirable but not mandatory: Advanced Excel skills, Basic SQL skills, Basic Kibana skills Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
