You will need to build a collaborative and performance-based culture within the QA team by providing leadership and mentoring to its members, have a commitment to exceptional results and the ability to balance business needs and tight timelines.
Oversee all the testing activities and contribute to the QA organizational strategies Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and CI/CD, proactively looking to improve existing testing methods: refine existing tools, process, and practice We use both manual and automated testing, so you will manage both Provide support to the team for estimating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling test activities Support releases by planning, estimating and tracking the testing efforts Collaborate with other departments, individual contributors, and management to enhance communication and transparency Manage resources in general trough recruitment, training, budgeting, performance and career management, making sure that the QA team has always the right talent in place and sustaining the growth of the team by adding valuable people, while supporting the career growth paths for existing team members Developing and implementing a Test Automation strategy, optimizing the current training plan
Guiding and mentoring the team towards a culture of performance, by providing both effective leadership and technical guidance Required Skills and Experience 5+ years’ in leading teams Ability to create clear and concise test plans, test cases and test scripts, understanding the Agile software development principles and testing practices, like release planning, test plans, test cases Problem-solving skills Team player Excellent time-management and communicating skills Strong project management skills and the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables have experience in quality improving methods have experience in SW Quality Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Tracking have experience in software under system test strategies and method
