Responsibilities Lead, coordinate and ensure execution of month end and year-end financial closing processes within SAP, HFM, FDS and Digital Finance Drive the detailed development of AOP, STRAP, and formal financial forecasts Perform variance analysis interpreting the impact of closing results against monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan/forecast Present monthly financial results to functional leadership Support Global Corporate IT and Finance organization providing analysis of cost, productivity, etc. Perform ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs Proactively look for productivity opportunities and actively communicate these to leadership to drive respective actions. Provide training aimed at improving financial acumen within the business Liaise with Corporate Functional Finance and BAP teams regarding changes of company policies, new initiatives such as new Chart of Accounts, fixed/variable costs reporting, etc. Maintain process documentation, establish clear processes, and drive continuous improvement and standardization Support the Finance and IT initiatives, partnering with Global and Cross functional teams, ensuring process improvements, standardization and establishing Finance standard work. Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. ·5+ Years of experience in Finance or related. ·Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SAP ·Strong financial & analytical skills with the ability to think outside the traditional role to improve processes and customer relationships ·Must be a team player and work well in a collaborative team environment ·English proficiency, Good oral, and written communication.
