What you will be working on

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates in order to fill in the job orders through various channel
  • Partner with delivery managers/ technical managers to define project needs and profile specifications, recruitment strategy and delivery plans
  • Permanently update the internal database
  • Deliver on time and high-quality services to both internal and external customers
  • Provide great candidate experience through effective communications throughout the overall hiring process
  • Keep up to date with trends in the Tech industry including recruitment resources & techniques
