We have 1700+ employees globally and operate in 100+ countries across six continents.
We have been present on the Romanian market since 2015 with an R&D center in Cluj-Napoca, following the acquisition of Quality Software Corporation, a small startup developing speech analytics technology for Contact Center. In February 2019 we hit the 200-employee milestone in the Cluj office and are still counting.

Our single, proprietary platform - the 8x8 Communications Cloud™ - offers unified communications, team collaboration, contact center, analytics and other services to business customers on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, providing businesses with a secure, reliable and simplified approach to transition their legacy, on-premise communications systems to the cloud.
In 2020 we were recognized as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service for the 9th year in a row. We are the only vendor in our industry to have achieved this acclaimed status every year since the UCaaS Magic Quadrant has existed (report available here).
We are also the only Leader in the UCaaS Gartner Magic Quadrant to have been also recognized in 2020 and for the 6th time in a row as a Challenger in the annual Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service (report available here).
We organize hackathons, workshops, innovation discovery sessions, host meetups, and run an annual summer Internship program to welcome students into our teams and our culture.
