I had an online interview with a so-called recruiter from the US, who wasn’t even able to present the company's history, which, of course, I already knew. After about an hour and a half, I was asked, in a marketplace-like manner, what my salary expectations were: "If you're asking for 50 $ and we have a budget of 5 $." First of all, the position was for coordinating a team, and naturally, I didn’t answer the question. Instead, I pointed out that it would be appropriate for them to make me an offer based on the international division's position. I still haven't received a response. Both abroad and in this country, this company does not value human potential but tries, by any means, to show that it does not belong in the top X companies in this industry. Some people working here have no idea how to present this company to candidates.
