The recruitment process was extremely slow and frustrating, even though I was recommended by an employee of this company. I interacted with Beatrice, but unfortunately, the communication was very difficult.
From the very week I applied, I started receiving automated emails stating that I was not a good fit for the role. This made it confusing when I was eventually contacted for an interview—I didn’t understand how I was still in the process. Throughout the entire recruitment period, I kept receiving these rejection emails weekly, yet Beatrice assured me that the process was not over and that I should disregard them.

After applying, it took about 2-3 weeks before I was contacted for an initial interview. The call took place on a Friday, and I was told that I would be contacted on Monday for the next step. When I didn’t hear back, I followed up with a message, only to be told that there was no feedback yet. Another 2-3 weeks of waiting followed, during which the automated rejection emails kept coming.

Eventually, I was contacted only after the employee who recommended me sent an email to Beatrice’s manager. At that point, I was informed that the job requirements had changed and that they were now looking for an entry-level candidate with 1-3 years of experience.

This experience left a very negative impression regarding the recruitment process and communication with applicants. More transparency and responsiveness would have been highly appreciated.

If people are hired for recruitment, make sure they actually focus on recruitment and don’t spend their time on TikTok.
