Interviu avut pe 20 Iulie, mi s-a promis un raspuns pana pe 23 Iulie maxim; pe 29 Iulie am deschis contul de pe platforma lor de curiozitate sa vad daca sunt ceva noutati.

Am aflat ca aplicatia mea este inchisa fara niciun feedback fara nici o notificare.

Le-am trimis un email foarte calm in care le-am solictat un feedback sa stiu si eu ce nu a functionat si ce trebuie sa imbunatatesc pe viitor.

Pe 2 August mi s-a raspuns: ''After careful consideration and review, we have decided not to progress with your application to the next steps of the process. While we are not able to provide additional feedback or information about this decision, we would like to thank you for your time to take part in our recruitment process.''

Din nou le-am scris solicitand un feedback uman nu un raspuns automat; la care mi s-a raspuns:

''Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with detailed feedback and only with the final decision, I am sorry for your experience and we will do out best for it not to happen in future!''

So, pe scurt, totul mi s-a parut foarte neprofesionist si sincer ma bucur ca nu am fost selectat.
