Your role as an Accountant:
You will be responsible for managing the accounting lifecycle for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring compliance and providing accurate financial insights. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Record Management: Ensuring the systematic and chronological registration of financial accounting data, processing, and maintaining information related to asset status and economic results for both internal client use and external relations with fiscal and regulatory authorities.
- Compliance & Legislation: Monitoring and ensuring strict adherence to current fiscal and accounting legislation and standards.
- Client Communication & Deadlines: Ensuring clients are promptly informed about payment obligations and that all personnel meet contractual deadlines for delivering various financial documents and reports.
- Reporting & Submissions: Ensuring the timely submission of all legally required tax declarations and financial statements.
- Financial Reporting: Presenting financial reports containing the economic results of portfolio clients (to shareholders, administrators, and managers) in formats either provided by the client or through the company’s standard reporting templates.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree from a Faculty of Economics (or similar field) is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Being a Certified Accountant, member of CECCAR, is a significant advantage.
