What will you be doing as an AP Accountant with Spanish
The core focus of this role is to maintain electrical installations and equipment and keep the instrumentation list in production facilities up to date.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Processing vendor invoices (PO and Non PO invoices).
- Ensuring correct GL/Cost centre coding for vendor invoices.
- Following up on invoices for approval according to business rules.
- Performing periodic vendor statement reconciliation.
- Resolving vendor and employee related queries within defined timelines.
- Performing SOX controls and ensuring SOX compliance as per policies.
What you can bring to the role:
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Strong written & oral communications skills in English & Spanish or Italian
- Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred
- Minimum Education Qualification – Graduation
- Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Vendor Invoice and Employee claims reimbursements processing
- Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for the Vendor Invoice and Employee claims reimbursements process
- Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup - a distinct advantage
- Experience in processing of high volumes of transactions - a distinct advantage
- Experience in SAP, workflow tools and document imaging systems - a distinct advantage
