Your Role
- May lead and/or provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues based on his/her process expertise;
- Ensures that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets;
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders;
- Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate person;
- Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices;
- Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
Your Profile
- Have bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Economics);
- Have good English and French language skills (min. B2);
- Be familiar with standard analysis tools/techniques;
- Understand KPI measures and their impact on profitability;
- Displays ability to proposes improvements to optimize and increase efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery.
