Your role
- Ensures that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders;
- Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate person;
- Is responsible for a customer focused service towards the client;
- Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices;
- Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures;
Your profile
- Have bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Economics);
- Have good English and Slovenian language skills (min. B2);
- Look for and gather key data and conducts a structured analysis;
- Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data and can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations with coaching;
- Understand the cost drivers of the services and supports effective usage of them in the service delivery.
