Your role
• Daily processing includes vouching invoices, research on missing information to facilitate payment, vendor master file updates, creation of new vendors, and communication with vendors and internal business partners, etc;
• Assist with daily needs – requesting statements, invoices & credit memos, answering questions regarding payments & account status;
• Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client;
• Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
Your profile
- Have good English (min. B2);
- Have bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Economics);
- Customer service skills and Negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail and analytical skills and Client-focused attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach.
