Our client is a well-known architecture firm with medium and large-scale projects in the country.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably 7–10 years
Experience working on medium- and large-scale projects
Experience with various architectural programs, including:
- healthcare
- hospitality / tourism
- industrial
Experience as a Lead Architect, having managed projects from start to finish, including team coordination and management
Ability to work well within a team and for the team
Excellent organizational skills
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary consultants, including:
- structural engineering
- MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- roads / infrastructure
In-depth knowledge of urban planning is an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Archicad
Additional knowledge of Nemetschek Allplan is a plus
