We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit & Compliance Specialist to manage, coordinate, and support comprehensive processes related to audits, compliance initiatives, and reviews. Join our team to enhance operational preparedness, uphold detailed documentation, and facilitate collaboration across internal teams and audit functions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and organize evidence required for controls, regulatory requirements, or audits
- Maintain current process documentation, including SOPs, diagrams, RACI matrices, and procedural artifacts
- Coordinate logistics for walkthroughs, interviews, and evidence submissions while serving as the primary LOD1 liaison to LOD2 and LOD3
- Ensure operational teams fulfill audit-related tasks (e.g., timely submission, correct evidence formats)
- Document and track findings communicated by LOD2/LOD3 and assist operational teams in implementing remediation actions
- Conduct quality checks to confirm evidence completeness, versioning accuracy, and alignment with procedures
- Identify recurring gaps in documentation and contribute to creating standardized templates and storage repositories
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in documentation-heavy or compliance-centric operational environments such as technology, insurance, finance, or other highly regulated sectors
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or wiki management platforms
- Understanding of SDLC, platform operations, or business operations
- Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and audit cycles efficiently
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Competency in communication and stakeholder coordination
- High attention to detail and structured analysis of documentation
- Capability to convert operational activities into compliant documentation
- Flexibility to maintain a calm, proactive approach during audits
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ISO, SOC2, or ITGC environments
