Adecco is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven B2B Account Manager to join our client's team, focusing on developing and managing business partnerships in Bucharest and the South region of Romania, promoting high-quality coffee solutions to a wide range of professional clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in premium brands or a B2B environment.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Good financial understanding.
- Integrity, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for building lasting professional relationships.
As a B2B Account Manager, you'll be responsible for both growing our client base and nurturing existing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Driving business development by identifying and approaching new clients in your region.
- Managing the full sales process—from presenting product solutions and sampling coffee to negotiating contracts and coordinating equipment delivery.
- Acting as the primary contact for all clients in your territory, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Building long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive loyalty and growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, customer care, after-sales, supply chain, and finance to deliver excellent service.
- Using company tools (CRM, sales apps) to manage activity, report results, and plan effectively.
- Representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying its values in every interaction.
