Your Impact

As a Billing Coordinator at OpenText, you will play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and supporting the company’s financial operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Billing Specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and invoicing aligned with our billing KPIs and internal metrics. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement will help drive operational excellence and support our mission to simplify and accelerate enterprise information management.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education & Experience:
    • University or college education in a relevant discipline (Finance & Accounting is an asset).
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in billing or a related field, preferably in software services or high-tech industries.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
    • Ability to interpret legal agreements is an asset.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Multilingual skills (Portuguese) are considered an asset.
    • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
    • Adaptability and a proactive approach to change and learning.
