We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on product strategy and delivery. This role is integral in translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions, collaborating across teams, and driving the development of impactful technologies within Power Platform governance, enterprise analytics, and business applications for a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery through interviews, workshops, and process mapping to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Translate business insights into clear requirements, epics, features, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specs, process flows, data mappings, and governance materials
- Manage and refine backlogs, prioritize tasks, support sprint planning, and align scope between squads
- Act as a proxy Product Owner to facilitate clear communication, decision-making, and alignment on sprint goals
- Contribute to the evolution of Power Platform & Power BI governance frameworks by defining and refining processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that requirements are clarified, technically feasible, and meet business expectations
- Assist with testing processes, validate new functionalities, support user adoption, and manage feedback
- Promote adherence to security, data quality, and platform standards in all deliverables
- Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and backlog management
- Solid understanding of agile delivery workflows and enterprise IT ecosystems
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, or enterprise application environments is preferred
- Capability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and facilitate collaborative workshops
- Effective communication skills to convey meaningful insights and influence stakeholders at varying levels
- Demonstrated focus on outcomes over tasks, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and an eagerness to expand knowledge on Power Platform capabilities and AI integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes in cloud-based environments
- Hands-on experience with APIs
- Competency in SQL and database management
- Understanding of financial systems, including fees, interests, and financial workflows, gained from previous experience in banking or accounting fields
