Adecco is recruiting a Business Process Owner – Record-to-Report (RTR) for one of its top clients in the premium coffee and tea industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape and harmonize end-to-end finance processes across multiple countries as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.
🧠 What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong business understanding, ideally in FMCG or retail
- Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

🔍 What You’ll Focus On:
- Lead the design, harmonization, and implementation of RTR processes across the group
- Govern and enhance end-to-end RTR process structures, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance
- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with IT to align technology decisions with business needs
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document current and future RTR processes
- Ensure successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA and a mobile sales app across multiple countries
- Coordinate testing, data migration, and key user training
- Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing process optimization
- Promote a data-driven, process-oriented culture across the organization
