Your role
- Participate in process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;
- Participate in projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;
- Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertise;
- Learn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformation purposes;
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead for non-complex projects, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance;
- Own certain project deliverables related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, future processes and operating models.
Your profile
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Credit-to-Cash (C2C) – Credit Management, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes;
- At least 1 year of experience in one of the following roles: Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead;
- Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks), process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness;
- Experience in leading & facilitating workshops and meetings;
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings);
- Knowledge and hands on experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle.
