We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Category Strategic Buyer to lead sourcing and supplier management for Facility Management, Logistic and operation service. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across a wide range of non-production goods and services, including Facility management, Transportation, Express courier, Postal Service, Paper & stationary, Printing (mandatory, marketing and informative materials), Office & Employee Moving, Machinery for Back office, Accounting, Archiving & Back-office service, Call center. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services that support business continuity, employee well-being, and sustainability goals.
What will you be doing in this role?
Main responsibilities:
- Category Strategy Development:
Create and implement category strategies for facilities and services spend, aligned with corporate objectives, sustainability targets, and total cost of ownership principles. - Strategic Sourcing & Contracting:
Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including market analysis, RFI/RFP execution, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. - Supplier Relationship Management:
Manage key service providers and Facility management, Logistic and Operations vendors. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value delivery. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with departments such as Facilities Management, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and Finance to understand service requirements, budgets, and performance expectations. - Risk & Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws. Mitigate operational risk through robust contract clauses and contingency planning. - Cost Management & Value Creation:
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and service enhancements across all indirect facility spend categories. - Market & Industry Intelligence:
Monitor trends in the Facility management, Logistic and Operations service market to support innovation, supplier benchmarking, and informed decision-making.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years of strategic procurement or category management experience, ideally in indirect spend and Logistic and Operation services.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of service-level management, risk mitigation, and facilities-related regulations (e.g., health & safety, labor law).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with spend analysis and cost modeling.
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba)
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
