We are seeking a Change Management Expert to drive organizational growth through positive transformation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to support impactful change initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will assess the effects of transformation projects and develop tailored implementation plans while fostering effective communication and collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities
- Assess the effects of transformation projects on culture, structure, and business processes
- Develop detailed implementation plans customized for each involved area
- Facilitate transparent communication regarding reasons for change and expected benefits
- Address concerns and provide ongoing updates throughout the change process
- Identify cultural differences and design strategies to align them
- Promote a cohesive culture that supports collaboration during and after transformations
- Evaluate staffing requirements and identify overlaps within employee teams
- Create plans for relocation, retraining, or reduction when necessary
- Deliver training programs to support employee adaptation to new technologies and procedures
- Manage resistance by proposing and applying effective solutions
- Monitor progress, gather employee feedback, and refine change strategies
- Provide regular reports on progress and highlight critical issues requiring attention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in transformational change management or leading change initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse employee groups and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data principles for tracking engagement and adoption
- Creative and intellectually curious mindset with resilience and a positive attitude
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Capability to manage priorities during high-pressure periods and tight deadlines
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver organizational change management
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and presentation skills
- Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal abilities
