Profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in a senior finance or leadership role
- Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, and treasury
- Fluent in English
- Analytical, hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills
Role overview
The CFO will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, financial stability, and support for strategic and operational decisions. The role will also help shape processes, drive efficiency, and manage a small finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Define financial policies, reporting standards, and budgeting processes
- Oversee accounting, taxation, controlling, and treasury activities
- Ensure timely monthly and year-end closing and reporting to Group level
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk
- Lead and develop the local finance team
- Support financial projects, ERP improvements, and operational initiatives
- Maintain relations with auditors, authorities, and financial partners
