Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collaboration Platforms Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will manage and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services - including SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Power Platform - to ensure seamless collaboration across the organization. You will work on global projects, provide expert consulting, and drive automation initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and Support global collaboration services: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Participate in Global Projects focused on service improvements and modernization.
  • Consult and Advise internal customers on best practices, governance, and adoption strategies for collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate Activities with external providers and partners for operational tasks and problem resolution.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement through automation, process optimization, and proactive monitoring.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security by applying organizational policies and Microsoft 365 governance standards.

 

    Qualifications:
    • Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
      • Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365, specifically Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams (Priority 1).
      • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
      • Advanced experience with PowerShell scripting and automation (Priority 1).
      • Familiarity with Client & Server Operating Systems and network fundamentals.
      • Experience with IT monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Icinga).
      • Skilled in generating and analyzing reports using PowerShell, Excel, and Power BI.
      • Experience managing external service providers.
      • Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management.
      • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize collaboration platforms.
      • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365.
