Adecco is looking for a Commercial Process Lead for one of our clients, a company in FMCG.
The Process Lead will be the Subject Matter Expert of commercial business development team and related processes and tools.
The role will be responsible for driving and executing digital transformation while collaborating closely with internal and external teams in order to leverage interconnections between the functions, enhance and optimize business planning, which drives efficiency and revenue growth.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in sales operations or related roles to be able to support efficiency of all roles / parties.
- Strong understanding of (or at least strong interest in) digital technologies, automation, analytics tools, desire to learn about different data driven systems and how they function together.
- Financial knowledge, P&L understanding, budget management.
- Experience using SAP, MS Office, Power BI.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse multi-task team environment.
- Project management experience.
- Advanced English language skills written and spoken.
- Lead and optimize digital initiatives that enhance sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology roadmaps, change management, and communications with business priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement, leading market project teams and representing local needs in global initiatives.
- Drive data-informed decisions by implementing and monitoring KPIs, supporting performance reviews, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support change management and training, ensuring smooth adoption of digital tools and best practices across the field teams.
- Influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling and clear communication to gain alignment and drive impact.
- Think creatively, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
