The experience we're looking to add to our team:
* BA/BS or equivalent work experience: 3 to 5+ years experience required;
* Engineering with Commercial background experience required;
* Strong Knowledge in manufacturing/Processes preferrable for the electronics industry;
* Manufacturing and Customer-facing experience including management;
* Strategic Supplier Development;
* Contract Negotiation experience;
* Advanced English;
* Leadership and teamwork skills;
* Problem Solving and Detail-oriented;
* Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization;
* Office (Advanced Excel & PPT);
* Automation background is a plus!.
