What will you be doing as a Contract Admin CoE
The core focus of this role is to drive process standardization, technology implementation and automation projects to deliver 'Best in Class' Contract Admin services.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing system integration activities to ensure alignment with Bunge standard processes and procedures.
- Supporting change management efforts and driving adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
- Identifying integration risks, issues and dependencies and mitigating them in collaboration with the CoE Lead.
- Driving deployment of regional and global initiatives to support process and technology transformation.
- Providing domain expertise, acting as SME and supporting users through training and issue resolution activities.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
What you can bring to the role:
- Degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field.
- Desirable minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Management, Logistics or related field.
- Knowledge of contracts types
- Advanced in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Desirable French.
- Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office).
