Key Responsibilities:
- Enable and support core controlling processes across systems BIT, IBM Planning Analytics (IBM-PA), CDP, SAP, and HFM;
- Act as a bridge between IT and Controlling teams, ensuring system readiness, data integrity, and process efficiency;
- Drive continuous improvement and supporting strategic transitions with regards to S/4HANA;
- System Enablement & Process Support:
- Ensure readiness of systems (BIT/IBM-PA/CDP) for Monthly Business Review (MBR) and planning processes;
- Set up and maintain prerequisites including master data, role management, premises, and system configurations;
- Steer planning cycles and provide expert consultancy to regional and central controllers;
- Identify and resolve system anomalies to ensure reliable and rule-based reporting;
- SAP Expertise:
- Provide guidance and support for periodic closings using SAP;
- Contribute to the S/4HANA transition by leveraging deep SAP knowledge;
- HFM Reporting:
- Manage and ensure accurate reporting for Global Business Services GmbH using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);
- Take ownership of high-responsibility reporting tasks;
- System Transition (BIT to IBM-PA):
- Support project activities including requirement definition, UAT, and MVP development;
- Contribute intensively to the transition project through 2025 and beyond;
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong technical affinity and experience with IT systems used in controlling;
- In-depth understanding of Controlling processes;
- Proven ability to manage complexity and collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
- Strategic thinking and awareness of decision-making impacts;
- High initiative and ownership, especially during peak periods such as planning cycles;
- Commitment to continuous process and system improvement;
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage;
- Experience with IBM-Planning Analytics is a strong advantage;
