WHAT YOU HAVE
- Mandatory prior experience of minimum 5-10 years in a related work experience. ;
- IT architecture and solution design in a data-oriented ecosystem ;
- Exposure to Cloud native data platforms and modern architectures (event-driven, real-time) ;
- Thorough understanding of data lifecycle value chain and underlying components (ETL/ELT, DWH/Data Lake) ;
- Familiar with SDLC tools & framework (CI/CD, Automation, monitoring) ;
- Previous experience working in a scaled agile environment. ;
- Experience with retail, marketing, supply chain and finance. ;
- Working knowledge on data science development lifecycle. ;
- Working knowledge on delivering projects in agile mode by using CI/CD capabilities and Azure DevOps pipelines ;
- Agile/SAFe certifications. ;
- Azure Data Engineer or AWS/GCP equivalent. ;
- Azure Solutions Architect or AWS/GCP equivalent. ;
- Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA). ;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills ;
- Strong business acumen ;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex matters into simple concepts ;
- Teamwork and ability to operate within a large team in a matrix organization: involves others, shares knowledge and seeks opportunities for cross functional working and collaboration ;
- Azure data ecosystem (ingestion, storage, analytics & data visualization): Azure Ingestion framework, Data Bricks, Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, MS PowerBI ;
- Data modelling skills (from logical to physical model, different modelling techniques: star schema, data vault) and exposure to MPP frameworks ;
- Functional and Technical architecture principles ;
- Azure subscription administration. ;
- Code repository management. ;
- Azure DevOps or equivalent. ;
- Willing to work at least 2 days a week from the Bucharest office.;
