Adecco Romania is recruiting, on behalf of a leading automotive importer that has entered the Romanian market in 2024 with two new car brands, a Dealer Sales Manager.
The role’s main purpose is to coordinate the dealer network and be actively involved in driving sales growth.
· at least the fifth level of education in the economic or other relevant field,
· several years of experience in the field of vehicle sales,
· the ability to identify and track market trends,
· a self-initiative personality with the ability to learn quickly,
· excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills,
· oral and written proficiency in the English language,
· advanced knowledge of Excel in the MS Office environment,
· a passion for the automotive industry,
· driving license B category.
· management, coordination, and support of the entire sales network,
· implementation of the sales strategy, in accordance with the sales plans of the company,
· sales planning and monitoring of sales realization on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis,
· ensuring the achievement of sales goals and the development of the sales network,
· finding new agents,
· establishing sales standards,
· monitoring the market and the competition, and preparing analyses,
· conducting marketing activities intended to increase sales,
· taking care of the education of our sales network.
