Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
As a DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to, the following:
- Adoption of DevOps best practices and new technologies
- Development and maintenance of CI/CD systems for Finastra products
- Automation of builds, deployments, reducing manual work
- Installation testing of internal product releases
- Monitoring and maintenance of DevOps infrastructure and tools (Jenkins)
- Supporting development and QA teams in technical questions of continuous integration/continuous delivery and DevOps tools
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or Technical QA team
- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Groovy)
- Working experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins pipelines)
- Working experience with container deployments using Docker Compose
- Groovy knowledge represents a plus
- Maven can be a plus
- Kubernetes can be a plus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
