YOUR IMPACT
As part of our Software Engineering group, the DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the overall software delivery lifecycle, automating processes and ensuring the seamless operation of cloud environments.
You will be joining the existing team of DevOps engineers, working together to accomplish the tasks in the area of CI and CD operations.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Designing, implementing and managing a highly available, scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
Automating the infrastructure using DevOps tools, scripting languages and containerization & orchestration tools
Managining servers, building CI/CD pipelines and ensuring automated testing, deployment and monitoring
Implementing security best practices for cloud environments
Collaborating with software engineers, architects and system administrators to ensure integration and improvement of development workflows
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience in a similar role
Experience in AWS environments as well as on premise
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins), version control (e.g. Git, GitLab), IaC (e.g. Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible) and Docker containerization
Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Groovy, Jenkins DSL, Bash, PowerShell)
Kowledge of Linux, networking
Beneficial would be experience in Java frameworks
