Your impact
As a DevOps Engineer at OpenText, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, architects, and system administrators to streamline software delivery processes, automate manual tasks, and support the continuous deployment of high-performing applications. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency, speed, and reliability of development operations across the organization.

What you need to succeed
Technical Experience & Skills
2–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, CloudOps, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms such as Azure/GCP)
Proficient in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Solid background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar languages
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible
Comfortable with Git-based workflows and version control (GitLab/GitHub)
Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance considerations
Soft Skills & Mindset
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environments
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal (English proficiency required)
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines
Eagerness to automate, optimize, and continuously improve systems and processes
