eMobility Key Account Manager
🏫: PPC Blue
👥: E-Mobility
📍: Bucharest
📝: indefinite period
The energy transition happens through people who see their role beyond tasks and understand that what they do has a real impact.
At PPC, we contribute every day to a safer and cleaner energy system, from the networks that connect communities, to renewable energy that transforms the energy mix, or solutions that make electric mobility accessible.
Regardless of the role, our contribution is reflected every day in the communities we serve, in the customers who choose us, and in an energy system that is constantly evolving. We are present across the entire energy value chain and we are looking for motivated people to join us.
If you are curious to understand things in depth, responsible for seeing them through to completion, and open to working in a continuously changing environment, then your place is with us.
What you will do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a purpose greater than daily tasks: making energy safer, more sustainable, and closer to people.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our eMobility team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our public charging station network by establishing strategic partnerships with corporate clients and private-sector companies, as well as driving direct sales of charging stations and charging services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility by accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs).
As the E-mobility Key Account Manager in our team, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of our charging network through corporate-focused business development.
We create the context for you to grow, being responsible for:
Network Expansion: Identify and secure opportunities to extend the public EV charging station network by partnering with private-sector companies — including retail chains, commercial real estate developers, logistics operators, hospitality groups, and other corporate stakeholders — to deploy charging infrastructure at high-traffic locations.
Sales of Charging Stations & Services: Drive direct sales of EV charging stations and charging-as-a-service solutions to corporate clients, including fleet operators, office park owners, and facility managers, tailoring commercial proposals to each client's operational and sustainability needs.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, facility and fleet managers, sustainability officers, and real estate developers to drive mutually beneficial agreements. Follow up and expand cooperation with existing partners to further develop the network.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for corporate accounts, presenting tailored charging infrastructure solutions that align with clients' sustainability commitments, employee benefits strategies, and operational requirements.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations and draft contracts for site acquisition, service agreements, and commercial partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
Project Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, legal, technical) to ensure smooth implementation of charging station deployments. Work closely with the Operational team responsible for construction and installation to identify and secure optimal locations, considering factors such as accessibility, convenience, and energy infrastructure. Collaborate with other teams and departments to further advance our network and charging offer.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and funding opportunities relevant to EV infrastructure. Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and permitting requirements for EV charging installations.
Reporting & KPIs: Track project progress, measure key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports on network expansion and sales performance.
Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to engage and educate potential corporate clients, promoting the business and sustainability benefits of integrating EV charging infrastructure into their operations.
