Your impact
In today's fast-paced world, technology is crucial for running a successful IT department and ensuring productive end users. In the IT End User Services team, the Sr. End User Service Analyst will act as a leader within the IT Corporate Technology team and are responsible for technology evaluation/implementations, process/documentation, collaboration technology Implementation, and projects related to the patching, security, and auditing of a global fleet of endpoints. The role requires individuals who are up-to-date with the latest technology trends and possess extensive knowledge in the IT space.
What the role offers
- Participate in projects related to end-user-facing technology
- Patch Management - Reporting on workstation vulnerabilities and action results
- Contribute and assist with hardware asset management
- Support in the roll-out of collaboration and meeting technologies
- Benchmark current hardware and software technology to industry standards
- Management and continuous improvement of end-user devices– computers, printers, and mobile device technology
What you need to succeed
- Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Working knowledge of meeting room technology – AV, Video Conferencing (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco RoomKit)
- Well-versed in collaboration and able to have discussions with business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and run multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
- Minimm 2 years of IT experience
