eProcurement Support Consultant - Remote
Qualifications
- Knowledge of direct procurement sourcing processes (product qualification, preferred supplies, RFQ, e-auction, supplier onboarding);
- In depth knowledge of all Jaggaer modules;
- Knowledge of Jaggaer procurement platform;
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP solutions;
- Knowledge of Jira will be an advantage;
- Project management;
- Sourcing process;
- Training manual creator skills.
Job Responsibilities
RFQ Deployment Support, Analytics and Communications/Training:
- Work under Client’s direction to manage and support Sourcing Projects, RFQ and eSourcing deployments;
- Support RFQ/e-auctions template setups and unit configurations;
- Provide Tableau analytics for Jaggaer;
- Act as the SharePoint website content manager;
- Mailings design, set up and distribution (monthly newsletters and RFQ communications that are created by the Client team);
- Plan and deliver training sessions on all Jaggaer modules with international supplier base and internal stakeholders;
- Create training materials – videos & manuals;
- Support Client’s vendor technical and functional issues with Jaggaer;
- Define and hand over tasks to L2 Support Team, to provide successful delivery of any pending task related to the Services;
- eSQA functional support (assist on process, detect improvement opportunities, test and communicate).
