We are currently seeking a talented ERP Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team.

We specialize in delivering innovative software solutions and services that empower our clients to streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. As an ERP Client Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients' success by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.

This role will give you the opportunity to improve your existing knowledge, but also to diversify it, since we cover multiple areas, such as: implementations, system configuration, trainings, client meetings, accounting support, testing and even SQL debugging.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economic Engineering, or related discipline is required;
  • Knowledge of general principles of accounting;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels;
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address client needs effectively;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' requirements and align our products and services to meet their needs;
  • Proactively monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Technical, QA , Cloud etc.
  • Act as a technical resource for clients, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and training on our products and solutions.
